You can purchase ads to run in JEN’s membership and conference communications which are sent to over 14,000 jazz educators, students, and industry professionals. To see a sample of these communications, click here.

Note: JEN Conference exhibitors receive 1 complimentary ad (of varying size, depending on booth purchase) in our Conference Exhibitor Feature Email, which will be sent on December 27, 2023, one week prior to the 15th Annual JEN Conference. You can learn more about exhibiting here.

• January Membership Email Ad (3rd week of Jan) – Materials due January 17
• March Membership Email Ad (1st week of March) – Materials due March  7
• May Membership Email Ad (1st week of May) – Materials due May 1
• July Membership Email Ad (1st week of July) – Materials due July 1
• September Membership Email Ad (1st week of Sept.) – Materials due September 1
• November Membership Email Ad (1st week of Nov.) – Materials due November 1
• Additional December Conference Exhibitor Feature Email Ad – Sent December 28th, 2022 (Materials due November 1st)

Ad Specifications

• JEN emails are 650 px wide.
• Ads should be delivered in full size (depending on the size you select) and 150dpi.
• Animated gifs are acceptable as long as they are under 1mb and meet the requirements above.
