A Corporate or Institution Membership required to exhibit with company/institution name.

A Chapter Membership may purchase a Booth to display the chapter name (not a business or institution).

EXHIBITOR OPTIONS

• 10′ x 10′ Booth purchasers are allotted four registration badges per booth space and the ability to purchase two additional staffing badges for $75 each. 10′ x 10′ Booths receive mid-to-front placement in Quiet Zone.
•   8′ x 10′ Booth purchasers are allotted two registration badges per booth space and the ability to purchase two additional staffing badges for $75 each.  8′ x 10′ booths receive rear-to-mid placement and are available in Quiet Zone only.
• Tabletops have been discontinued.
• Additional badges beyond the stated policy are charged Full Registration for the conference.

In order to complete your exhibitor booth registration, you will need the following information. DO NOT continue registration unless you have the following information.

• Primary Contact Name – this is the person with whom JEN should communicate about all booth-related matters.
• Primary Contact Email and Phone
• Company Name (for display / print)
• Company Address
• Company Description
• Company Website URL
