Interested in reserving space at the conference site for a social gathering or rehearsal?

Complete the following steps to secure your time and space. (Limited availability.)

1. Select the size of room desired. 
   • SMALL ROOM (holds 40-50 people – $100 per hour)
   • MEDIUM ROOM (holds 50-75 people – $150 per hour)
   • LARGE ROOM (holds 100+ people – $200 per hour)
2. Select the number of hours desired.
3. Complete your purchase.
4. Complete the Conference Space Rental form. Once payment is received, watch your inbox for an email invitation to complete the Conference Space Rental form.

Payment must be received and the Conference Space Rental form must be submitted to secure your time and space. 

Available time and space for rent is limited. In the case that no options are available, your payment will be refunded.
